Chat Moderators exists to take the risk out of publishing user-generated content (UGC). Legal/brand risk-management notwithstanding, moderation is probably the only way of ensuring that the quality of the user experience meets 'minimum standards'. Text, audio, video, stills...we check all forms of UGC that appears on a website's community features such as discussion areas, picture albums, mobile chat, and more. Chat Moderators is not a technology company at all (we are technology neutral); we use real people to undertake moderation work seven days a week without charging extra for evening or even weekend working. We can work from one hour a day right up to 24 hours a day depending on requirements.
